Our Bretton Trip

We had a great time at Bretton Youth Hostel. Me and my friend Jade went along with some other guides. We met on a Friday evening in March in the middle of the moors. It was great fun walking in the dark to get to the youth hostel. When we arrived there we had hot chocolate to warm us up . Yum!!

I really enjoyed the midnight feast, but I was tired in the morning.! We slept in comfy bunk beds ( I was on top). We breakfasted on bacon butties, sausage and toast that we had prepared ourselves.

The next day we went on a long walk to Hathersage. We went through rain, hail, sunshine and wind. We were cold and exhausted but we still enjoyed it, -especially the game of hide and seek in the woods! My friend Jade fell over five times!!! And got really muddy, I am glad I wasn't her.

I really enjoyed our stay at Bretton Youth Hostel and I can't wait to go again.
